The Science Survey

Anna Buhler, Staff Reporter

Anna Buhler is a Graphic Designer for ‘The Observatory' yearbook.  She is interested in journalistic photography since it can give a platform to people who find it easier to show than to tell. She has always been passionate with photography and has taken classes in photography and art, in order to help her improve her abilities to convey an accurate and beautiful story through a still photographic image. During her longer breaks from school, she travels to countries abroad to better her understanding of the world around her. Anna enjoys taking pictures that represent the beauty in other cultures and show the interconnectedness of the world through photography. Her favorite places that she has visited are China, Australia, and many countries in Western Europe. Though Anna does not know exactly what she wants to do in college, she is thinking about pursuing a medical degree, but she hopes to continue taking pictures as a hobby outside of her work.
