Caitlin Yeung, Staff Reporter
Caitlin Yeung is an Online Newspaper Editor for ‘The Science Survey’ and a Group Section Reporter for ‘The Observatory.’ She finds the most appealing about doing journalistic writing is interviewing other students and hearing the amazing stories, ideas, and experiences they have witnessed. Journalistic writing has provided her phenomenal opportunities to collaborate with eloquent students to inform others about daily ongoing events. Caitlin has also developed a particular passion for photography which has evolved from her interests in the visual arts. She acknowledges the power that the story behind each photograph holds. Since Caitlin is a major art enthusiast she visits museums throughout New York City or studies and produces various compeling artworks at Oogie Art, an art institute, during her free time. She also enjoys playing the piano and taking weekly strolls in Central Park to relieve her stress and stimulate her mindset. She is currently interested in studying Finance and Entrepreneurship in Business School and Architecture. Ten years from now, she imagines herself creating an innovative technological startup.
