The Science Survey

Charlotte Zhou, Staff Reporter

Charlotte Zhou is a Managing and Advisory Editor for ‘The Science Survey.’ She is drawn to journalistic writing, because it is a magnifying glass into underrepresented issues. She particularly enjoys writing about current events in different countries around the world, and views journalism as a way to take on a multilateral perspective. She also values journalistic photography, in that it is a form of truth and captures the details and emotions that words cannot. Outside of journalism, Charlotte is on the Mock Trial and Moot Court teams, as well as the Public Forum Debate team. Additionally, she enjoys reading and solving crossword puzzles. In the future, she plans on pursuing law and economics in college, but ultimately hopes to intertwine journalism with whichever career path she chooses.
