The Science Survey

Sophie Livingstone, Staff Reporter

Sophie Livingstone is an Editor-in-Chief for ‘The Science Survey.’ She enjoys both journalistic and creative writing and the influence that one can have as the reporter of many voices. Furthermore, she enjoys the editing process and reading over her peers' articles, as it gives Sophie many different perspectives on a wide variety of interesting topics. She has always found photography to be an interesting foil compared to the actual article, as it shows and presents what cannot be put onto paper. Sophie is very dedicated to extracurriculars such as participating in the Bronx Science Model United Nations team. Outside of school, she enjoys reading fantasy novels and playing games with friends. She is interested in both historical studies such as paleontology and anthropology as well as political studies such as law. She hopes to continue writing journalistic articles in college, but also will continue to pursue her passions for creative writing and freehand fiction.
