Caleb Yam is an Editorial Editor for ‘The Science Survey.' He enjoys journalistic writing because it allows for the open and concise expression of a story through different lenses. Caleb believes in journalistic photography's ability to tell an entire story from a single moment captured in time. Outside of school, Caleb likes to try new places to eat, ride his penny board, listen to R&B music, and take long walks and hikes in nature. He intends to pursue a double major in political science and statistics/applied mathematics in college. He hopes to keep in mind the intrinsic value of journalism and the various lessons learned from working on 'The Science Survey.' Through non-profit management or community organizing, Caleb wants to continue helping people around him, such as immigrants, youth, and those living in poverty, and make a difference in the lives of others.
