Alexandra Zwiebel, Staff Reporter
Alexandra Zwiebel is a Copy Chief for ‘The Science Survey.’ She finds journalistic writing to be fascinating because it is informative, yet also engaging and unique. Alexandra is passionate about how journalism allows a reader to access information in an unbiased way, in order to inspire them to form an opinion or become knowledgeable about a topic. Journalistic photography is something that Alexandra sees as an art form; she feels as though the story it tells is intriguing and represents the hidden beauty that we find in our lives. Alexandra plans to study finance and business management in college, and she hopes to incorporate journalistic writing in her future career. She can see herself traveling and maybe even blogging in the future, in order to enhance her journalistic dexterity. Alexandra has always adored reading classic literature. Some of her favorite books are Louisa May Alcott’s ‘Little Women’ and F. Scott Fitzgerald’s ‘The Great Gatsby.’ Alexandra is an NHS volunteer at Bronx Science. She enjoys spending time in Central Park reading and taking walks, and she is always looking forward to seeking out new restaurants to try all over New York City.
