Michelle Yun is a Spotlight Editor for ‘The Science Survey.’ As a journalist, she loves to write about different, diverse perspectives that open the eyes of many people. She believes work like hers will help people understand that there is not a singular truth, but rather a world of unique ideas that can connect communities together. Photography is also another important aspect in her life because it allows her to perfectly capture the memories along the way, while also helping to reveal the overall message in a single photo. Outside of journalism, Michelle enjoys reading in her free time. Other than reading, she is a part of the school’s robotics team and bakes different desserts with her friends. In the future, Michelle hopes to study electrical or bioengineering, while also staying connected to her passion for writing throughout her future.
