Ashley Lim is a Copy Chief for 'The Observatory' yearbook. She finds journalism to be a brilliant form of writing that reaches readers in an informative, understandable way. Similarly, journalistic photographs portray much information without the use of words, making it a simple 'one glance' capture of expressions or actions. Ashley enjoys dancing, playing tennis, and anything that requires an exertion of pent up energy. But sometimes, Ashley enjoys more peaceful pastimes, like rearranging her desk or painting a new color of polish on her nails. Ashley hopes to follow a Doctorate of Pharmacy track in college, and she will work towards becoming a cosmetic engineer. On the side, Ashley wishes to blog about her life, inspiring the people who she comes across, even if it is through a screen.
