Anton Karp is a News Editor for 'The Science Survey.' He is most interested in the research that goes into the journalistic writing process. Anton values photography because of its universal use as a mode to communicate ideas. In this regard, photos can be far more powerful than words. Anton is very interested in economics and history. His favorite book on both topics is 'Capital in the Twenty-First Century' by Thomas Piketty, but his favorite book is generally whichever one he is reading at the moment. Anton also likes the outdoors and has spent many summers hiking and camping. At the moment, Anton hopes to pursue law in the future, but he is happy to have several years more before having to decide upon a major for college. Whatever path he follows, Anton hopes to further his love of writing in the future.
