Bronx Science’s Holocaust Museum and Study Center

Student visitors are presented with a variety of artifacts in the Holocaust Museum.

Since it is located in New York City, a melting pot of cultures, Bronx Science is a very diverse school with a variety of students from different backgrounds and ethnicities. Bronx Science’s Holocaust Museum and Leadership class was created to address this dark period in history and to bring knowledge to its visitors, both from Bronx Science and from other schools. Students in the Holocaust Leadership class learn to become trained docents and they then present the collection to students and visitors.
