Julianna Meyers is an Editorial Editor for ‘The Science Survey.’ She enjoys the fact that journalistic writing requires in-depth research of a topic, in order to tell stories which inform readers and give voice to a given topic. Juliana values the fact that journalistic writing can open up a reader’s mind to different perspectives and possibly change their opinions. She believes that photography is a key part of telling the story and enjoys finding ways to capture an emotion in a single photo. Outside of school, Julianna enjoys reading and creative writing. Her favorite books are about politics, historical events and science. In her spare time, Julianna she enjoys writing science fiction. Her favorite sci-fi author is Ray Bradbury. Julianna is not sure what she wants to study in college, but she is interested in future careers related to architecture, space, or the ocean. In the future, Juliana plans on pursuing writing as a hobby, and she is interested in learning videography and continuing with photography.
