She is a Varsity member of the Bronx Science Debate team and the Girls’ Cross Country team. Frances likes journalistic photography because it intertwines storytelling and photography. She values journalism because it educates the public on worldly topics in an engaging and accessible way. Her favorite books are George Orwell’s 1984 and Orson Scott Card’s Ender’s Game.
