Dhriti Mamtora is a Features Editor for ‘The Science Survey,' and works to edit and give feedback on feature articles written by her peers. She finds journalistic writing appealing because of the freedom it offers writers to write what they want and feel passionate about. It also has the ability to shine light on and share many different perspectives. She thoroughly enjoys photography and agrees with the phrase that a single picture can in fact tell a thousand words. Dhriti thinks that many times photos can capture what words cannot, which is an extremely applicable notion in journalism, known to include both. Outside of school, Dhriti really enjoys dancing, a hobby she has been pursuing since she was extremely young. In the future during college, Dhriti plans on continuing her involvement in journalism in any way that she can.
