Areebah Qutub, Staff Reporter
Areebah Qutub is a Staff Reporter for ‘The Science Survey’ and an Academics Section Reporter for ‘The Observatory.’ Areebah enjoys journalistic writing because it allows her to learn about different people and their individual and unique stories. She enjoys journalistic photography because it allows the photographer and the viewer to interact in the absence of words, but rather, through the events and emotions portrayed in the photo. Outside of school, she enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, and one of her favorite authors is Anthony Doerr. In college, she wants to study ways to mitigate climate change, and plans on pursuing a career in environmental research.
