Alexandra Bidny, Staff Reporter
Alexandra Bidny is an Arts and Entertainment Editor for ‘The Science Survey,’ where she takes advantage of her passion for deeply analyzing media and works of art to fuel her editing and writing process. She’s drawn to journalism because of the opportunity it gives her to pick apart and provide detail on the topics that she finds to be relevant to the systems and ideas circulating in our society. Having taken art, music, and ballet for a multitude of years each, Alexandra has immersed herself into multiple corners of the arts. She is also a part of the Bronx Science Congressional debate team, where she hopes to develop even more skills to help her break down belief systems and ideologies. One of her favorite books is George Orwell’s Animal Farm, because it never fails to create more relevancy as time passes. Her free time consists of writing, drawing, watching shows, or going on long walks with her dog. She wishes to someday pursue a career in law or history where she can put her interests to work.
