Hana Cleemann is an Editor-in-Chief for ‘The Science Survey.’ She is drawn to journalistic writing for its ability to uncover hidden structures in everyday life — how design, behavior, and culture subtly shape human experience. She also serves as Director-General of Bronx Science’s Model United Nations, leads large-scale student activism projects, and founded a print newspaper amplifying student and local voices across the Bronx. She hopes to pursue an interdisciplinary education in neuroscience, applied mathematics, and anthropology, uniting quantitative rigor with human insight. In the future, Hana envisions a career at the intersection of science and storytelling — continuing to write, research, and communicate ideas that reveal how people move, think, and connect.
