The Science Survey

Rahma Tasnim
Rahma Tasnim is the Business Manager for ‘The Science Survey’ and a Student Life Section Reporter for ‘The Observatory’ yearbook. Photography is really important in making an article because it gives the reader a better insight into the situation. The photographs in the article either makes or breaks the article. In an era where the attention span of many is extremely short, it is difficult to catch the attention of a reader, and with photographs people are engaged more in the story. The image pulls in the reader, and, if it is good enough, it will make the story. Outside of school, Tasnim enjoys discovering New York City, travelling from Bedford Park Boulevard in the Bronx to Coney Island in Brooklyn.
