George Crooks, Staff Reporter
George Crooks is an Editor-in-Chief for ‘The Science Survey’ and is the founder and co-host of ‘The Science Survey Podcast.’ He believes that good, independent journalism is an important part of any functioning society and thinks that journalistic writing has the potential to be a incredibly powerful and versatile tool. He also knows that journalistic photography is a critical part of reporting, and that being able to tell stories simply through visual cues is a truly amazing thing. Outside of school, he enjoys singing, photography, and acting in the school’s drama department. For college, he is applying for a classics major, and has no idea what he wants to do for work, though continuing journalism sounds nice.
