Alicia Yue is a Staff Reporter in “The Science Survey.’ Alicia enjoys that the field of journalism helps one to really indulge deeply into a topic, and to continue writing and researching about it until one is very well-versed with it. It is a way to communicate to readers and to get a specific point across. Journalism is important because it records, reports, and gathers information that is able to keep readers informed and aware. Alicia's favorite countries to travel are Norway and Switzerland because of their beautiful scenic views. Her favorite T.V. show is Law & Order: SVU. She enjoys playing volleyball with her friends, going biking, swimming, and playing with her dog. She has the plan to possibly pursue ophthalmology in college. However, Alicia is passionate about journalism and writing, and she can also see a possible path through this field as well.
