Anthony Ortega is a Copy Chief for ‘The Science Survey.’ Anthony values journalism for its ability to deconstruct society and portray things in a new light. Photography accomplishes this quite literally and that is a reason he loves it so much. Anthony loves taking seemingly unimportant photos, but once a story is added a photo can have a thousand interpretations. Although his passion lies in aerospace, Anthony is almost equally attracted to the freedom of a blank page and an empty memory card. Ten years from now, Anthony sees himself as both an engineer and a writer, as he believes that nothing is better than being able to appreciate the humanities and sciences at the same time.
