Suhaima Islam is an Assistant Graphic Designer/Layout Editor for ‘The Science Survey’ and a Group Sections Editor for ‘The Observatory.’ She appreciates the different interests and passions people show through their stories and the way they craft their passions into a journalistic format to share with others. She enjoys how photography can capture the emotions and opinions of the person in the article and way it can express the article in just a snapshot of a moment in time. Outside of school, Suhaima spends her time painting, baking, traveling, and reading. In college, she hopes to major in biology and pursue a career in the medical field, but is open to improving her photography and design skills.
