The Science Survey

Angie Yang
Angie Yang is a Spotlight Section Editor for ‘The Science Survey’ and a Groups Section Reporter for ‘The Observatory’ yearbook. This is her first year in Journalism, yet she already loves the ability of journalistic writing to ‘snapshot’ a significant moment in time and deliver it both concisely and eloquently. She also appreciates journalistic photography for its ability to hold both factual gravity and artistic flair. Outside of school, she is an avid reader and writer of poetry, and especially admires the Korean writer Yi Sang. On the flip side, she also is a budding UFC fan and an avid watcher of action movies. In the future, she plans to study marketing, and dreams of landing a job at a major newspaper/magazine in New York City.
