Lyn Kajihara is the Managing Editor for ‘The Observatory’ and a Staff Reporter for ‘The Science Survey.’ Journalistic writing appeals to her because she enjoys peeling back a story, and retelling it eloquently. She also enjoys photography, for there is a silent story waiting to be interpreted by the viewer, which also helps the article it accompanies. She loves rainy weather, and also likes to visit family in Japan whenever possible. Her favorite sport is wrestling, and she has been dancing ballet for twelve years. In college, she plans to major in Japanese literature, and in the future hopes to become a high school Japanese and/or English teacher. She hopes that she can take this journalism experience and use it to help her in her future endeavors.
