The June 5th, 2024 Open House offered an insight into what Bronx Science offers to our students. Prospective seventh grade students (who will take the SHSAT this fall) and their families were given an opportunity to create a self-guided tour around the school. Families visited various interactive demonstrations in every department, including the chemistry lab and the physics lab. Current students eagerly volunteered to help out the visitors, helping them design personalized tours and assisting non-English speaking families in the library. The event also featured a club fair, where prospective students took a glimpse on the vibrant extracurricular life at Bronx Science. The Open House was an amazing experience, as families learned more about the lively school community.
