A Bridge to the Big Apple: The Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges in U.S. that was built in 1883 with a length expanding up to 1,597 ft. The bridge was constructed in order to span the East River between the boroughs of Brooklyn and the Manhattan. It was the first traffic route between Manhattan and Brooklyn and the first long-span suspension bridge to carry motor vehicles.

The building is mostly filled with spaces for rent for businesses. It is also used as a tourist attraction, and it offers views from the 86th and 102nd floors.

The Flatiron Building. Located at 23rd Street and Fifth Avenue, the Flatiron Building stands on a triangular block facing Madison Square Garden. One of the tallest buildings in the city when it was completed in 1902, the building got its name, “Flatiron,” for its resemblance to an iron for clothing, once called ‘a flat iron.’
